Two main goals at Speos. First, help a 250-person print shop with 60 IT staff evolve from a project-based IT organisation into a product-driven software solutions company, in response to a declining paper market. Second, design a principle-based governance with transparent priorities, a clearer team structure, and stronger, shorter feedback loops to align inflow, backlog and ways of working.

Implement Agile methodologies for the EDI teams at Atlas Copco to foster enhanced collaboration, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement. By adopting Agile principles, the teams benefit from increased flexibility, faster response times, and a more iterative approach to project management, ultimately leading to higher efficiency and more effective outcomes.

Provide comprehensive coaching to the organization and the Scrum Master chapter to cultivate an Agile mindset and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Design and build detailed dashboards to accurately measure workflow speed and identify bottlenecks, thereby enhancing overall efficiency.

Facilitate the onboarding of operational teams into TAWoW (Telenet Agile Way of Working), ensuring they are well-versed in Agile principles and practices for improved collaboration, productivity, and adaptability

Scrum Master - Telenet

Onboard three squads into TAWoW (Telenet Agile Way of Working), providing them with comprehensive training and support to ensure they fully understand and can effectively apply Agile principles and practices, leading to improved collaboration, efficiency, and overall performance.

Develop, implement, and maintain Agile dashboards at Telenet, designed to offer real-time insights into team performance, track key metrics, and facilitate data-driven decision-making by using Jira structure dashboards. These dashboards will empower teams to identify areas for improvement, enhance transparency, and continuously optimize processes.

SHOP MANAGER - BASE

Manage and oversee a team of six sales advisors, providing consistent guidance, training, and strategic support to ensure the team is equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel.

By fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment, implementing effective sales techniques, setting clear objectives, and continuously monitoring and evaluating individual and team performance, I enabled the team to consistently meet and exceed our sales targets.

This involved regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and the development of personalized action plans to address areas for improvement and capitalize on strengths, ultimately driving team success and achieving remarkable sales results.
