Contact requests
The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and the message you choose to send. Phone number and company are optional. We use these details to answer your request and manage the resulting correspondence. Do not include passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information.
Messages are sent to our Google Workspace mailbox. The website's local delivery queue is checked hourly and removes submissions older than 30 days. Unsent requests expire after 24 hours. Copies in the mailbox and subsequent business correspondence are managed separately; the queue's 30-day rule does not delete email already delivered. Contact us about access, correction or deletion of your information.
Website delivery and security
The website is hosted on equipment managed by Simply Bastiaan. Cloudflare provides the public website connection and security services. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes connection and browser signals, including IP address, for this service. The website uses a keyed, pseudonymous identifier derived from the visitor's IP address to limit repeated form submissions. The form queue stores that identifier rather than the raw IP address. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses and security logs separately. The form also uses a short-lived browser session to protect submissions and restrict access to their delivery status.
Optional content and cookies
Google Maps remains blocked until you choose to allow optional cookies. Loading the map connects your browser to Google and is covered by Google's Privacy Policy. You can withdraw that choice using the cookie-preference control on our Cookie Policy page. No Google Analytics, advertising or marketing tracking is installed in this version. Fonts, images and page scripts are served with the website.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, or to raise an objection or restriction request. Applicable data-protection rights and legal retention obligations will determine how we respond. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
